A large, very successful Industrial Manufacturer is looking for an experienced Plant Reliability Manager for their plant location in Southwestern Ohio. We are looking for a Degreed Engineer with a strong Mechanical Maintenance / Mechanical Engineering background coming from a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. Union experience preferred. This position will report directly to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for all Mechanical Maintenance and Equipment Reliability for this manufacturing plant. This position will oversee a small team of engineers and maintenance technicians so previous supervisory experience will be required. Bachelors Degree is also required for this position. Must come from a heavy industrial manufacturing environment and bring solid hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, rotating equipment, vibration analysis, hydraulics and pneumatics. Paper and/or Steel Industry experience a plus but not required. This is a very well-established and stable organization with manufacturing plants across the country.
